In 2021, Karen reached a point in her life where everything finally gave way after years of raising two children alone, running a business, managing staff, and never stopping for herself. She had no choice but check in to The Priory hospital with daily panic attacks and even struggling to swallow as her nervous system shut down.

When she came home, she rebuilt from the ground up. She focused on her health, then on her skills. She trained nationally and internationally, choosing world-class education that matched the standards she wanted for herself and her patients.
